Description

Bring a quiet moment from the Provencal harvest to your wall with this intimate drawing by Vincent van Gogh, created around 1888. The image shows bundles of wheat in the foreground, a small group of harvesters and a crouched figure in the middle distance, and the town of Arles—its chimneys, tiled roofs and distant towers—smoking gently on the skyline. The attentive, rhythmic pen strokes give a gentle, observational feeling.

Perfect for a study, library, living room or as a thoughtful gift for anyone who loves nineteenth-century drawing and the work of Van Gogh.
