Description

Bring a striking piece of WWI-era graphic design to your wall with Winold Reiss’s 1916 charity poster reproduction. The poster announces a Charity Bazar at Madison Square Garden, its composition dominated by sweeping red, white, black and green ribbons above a fortress-like black silhouette and flanking striped pillars, with bold green block lettering beneath. The effect is solemn, urgent and unmistakably modern for its time.

Perfect for a study, library, gallery wall or as a gift for lovers of vintage poster art and wartime ephemera.
