Description

Bring Vincent van Gogh's charged presence into your home with this 1888 self-portrait. His head turns slightly to the right against a vivid mint-green ground; short-cropped hair, a reddish beard and clear, intense eyes are modelled in energetic, sculpted brushstrokes. The brown coat with blue edging and the small round brooch give a quiet formality to an otherwise intensely personal gaze.

Perfect for a study, living room gallery wall, or as a thoughtful gift for lovers of classic modern art.
