Description

Bring a quietly sensuous study of myth into your home with Abraham Bloemaert's late 16th-century drawing, dated c.1590–95. The composition shows a reclining nude Venus at the center, flanked by winged putti and a reclining Bacchus on the right; one child offers a shallow drinking bowl while clusters of grapes and drapery settle around the figures. The expressive pen work, warm brown wash and touches of white give the sheet an intimate, lively presence.

Perfect for elegant studies, libraries, living rooms, or as a thoughtful gift for lovers of old-master drawings.
