Step into Vincent van Gogh's early study from about 1882. The work shows the flat bleaching grounds of Scheveningen: strips of white linen laid across the grass, a few small figures attending them, a line of houses and a church spire on the horizon beneath a wide, gray-blue sky. The restrained colours and quick, economical strokes create a calm, observant atmosphere.

Perfect for living rooms, studies, coastal cottages, or as a thoughtful gift for collectors of Dutch landscape art.
