Description

Bring Vincent van Gogh’s energetic harbour study into your home: painted in 1888, this work shows several timber barges moored alongside a pale quay while workers move sand and push wheelbarrows, with a small rowboat in the midground and a tricolour flag at the stern. Van Gogh’s bold, directional brushwork and a vivid green water surface give the scene a lively, tactile presence.

Perfect for a study, living room, office, or as a thoughtful gift for lovers of classic Post-Impressionist art.
